The rooms were spacious and had cute little touches that made them stand out. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to museums, restaurants, and other attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful.
There was construction noise from a nearby building that woke us up early in the morning. the wifi reception in the room was poor.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Madrid. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with modern decor and cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were extremely helpful and always available when needed. The breakfast had a great variety and satisfied all tastes. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Madrid.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right next to the palace and right in front of the opera house, making it super convenient for us to explore the city. Everything we wanted to see as tourists was within easy walking distance or a short ride on public transportation.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location couldn't be better - it's right in the heart of everything. We were just a stone's throw away from the Opera House and all of the local attractions. The service was fantastic too - the staff were always there to help, and we really appreciated the room service and dry cleaning. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed, including an ironing board, sitting area, and in-room safe.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel in the heart of the city.
