The hotel is located in the city center, making it convenient to explore the sights on foot or take the nearby underground. The room was clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms and amenities. The rooms were spacious and had cute little touches, made them stand out. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to museums, restaurants, and other attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The wifi reception in the room was poor. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, so the room got quite hot.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Madrid. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with modern decor and cleanliness was great. The staff were helpful and always available when needed. The breakfast had a great variety and satisfied all tastes. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Madrid.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was right next to the palace and right in front of the opera house, making it super convenient for us to explore the city. Everything we wanted to see as tourists was within easy walking distance or a short ride on public transportation.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location couldn't be better - it's right in the heart of everything. We were just a stone's throw away from the Opera House and all of the local attractions. The service was fantastic too - the staff were always there to help, and we really appreciated the room service and dry cleaning. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed, including an ironing board, sitting area, and in-room safe.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel in the heart of the city.
